The Hill County Extension Office will host an informational seminar covering the ins and outs of canning from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 24. Those interested are asked to RSVP via phone at 254-582-4022 or by email to rachel.esquivel@ag.tamu.edu. There is a $15 registration fee per participant for this event. The seminar will be held in the Hill County Exhibits Building at the county fairgrounds, located at 1180 South Waco Street in Hillsboro.
