The Aquilla Volunteer Fire Department will offer their first annual drive-thru chili dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, November 18. Proceeds will go toward equipment upgrades for the department as well as a new scholarship fund.
For a $17 donation, you will receive a pint of chili with optional toppings of shredded cheese, jalapenos, Fritos and diced onions, along with two cornbread muffins. For a $27 donation, you will receive a quart of chili with your selection of toppings and four cornbread muffins.
The fire department is located at 201 East Treadwell Street in Aquilla.
