The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of Bosque County will offer a one-hour course regarding feral hog abatement beginning at noon Friday, April 11.
The $10 course is required in order to be eligible for the county’s feral hog bounty program, designed to help control the population of the dangerous animals. Participants must also be licensed to hunt in Texas and turn in an application and W-9 to the Bosque County judge’s office or on the day of the class.
The class will be held at 104 South Fuller Street in Meridian.
