Senior center open Tuesdays
Lake Whitney Senior Center is open every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meals are provided without charge, but donations are accepted. Participants enjoy activities, guest speakers, crafts, games and fellowship. Bible study is also offered. To reserve lunch, call Jean at 254-694-2599. The center is located at 503 North Colorado Street in Whitney.
