Lake Whitney Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting to welcome Marion Summers, owner of MTEX Designs, to the chamber. “You can always tell which women are strong and independent,” said Chamber Executive Director Janice Sanders. “They aren’t afraid to work alone, be alone or stand alone.” Marion is a home-based designer, speaker and offers fashion tips.
